This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, close to everything. It is walking distance to Vitosha street and there is even a Starbucks nearby. The rooms are large and clean, with all necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including fresh vegetables, cheese, and fruit. it is a comfortable hotel in a nice capital city.
The bathroom in the hotel is a little small, with the toilet too close to the bath/shower, making it difficult to maneuver.
